Wayne County Housing Authority has been in operation for over 35 years. Our total housing inventory includes 103 Section 8 New Construction units in two developments. We also provide rental subsidies for 675 units under our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, which covers both Wayne and Pike counties.
